I’m Trent Romens, and I started Lucid CPA to bring clarity, confidence, and ease to people who make things happen.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit — it’s something that runs in my family. Growing up, I watched my dad run his own small business, and I learned early what it means to take ownership, work hard, take risks and build something meaningful. That experience shaped how I approach my work and why I started Lucid CPA — to bring clarity, confidence, and ease to the people who make things happen.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me spending time with my lovely wife and children, checking out live music, or performing with my own band (ask me about this). I’m also a firm believer in supporting local business, which often finds me visiting my favorite local breweries in search of great beer and better conversation
